Custom and personalized orders

I love custom requests! Switching leather choices, hardware materials, or a completely unique design. Please message me to start your order!

♡ Custom orders must be paid in full before I order materials or begin working on your custom request.
♡ My turn around time is 10-14 business days as I will need to order materials (this TAT gives me time to order materials and have my supplier prepare & ship the order to me, and then create the earrings for you before mailing). Often times it's a lot sooner than the 10-14 days but USPS is really unpredictable right now.
♡ I'll send you photographs of everything before mailing for approval or changes.
♡ I won't directly copy another shops creations, but I can use lots of ideas as inspiration!

Materials:

𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: Patterned or textured front with a solid back. May feel soft or structured depending on the cut.
𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: Natural cork bonded to leather for durability with a lightweight feel.
𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗱: Laser-cut wood, sometimes hand-painted or finished for added detail.
𝗔𝗰𝗿𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗰: Lightweight, durable, and often used for bold colors or intricate designs.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: Natural materials (leather, cork, wood) may show slight variations in texture, pattern placement, or color. Each pair is handcrafted and one of a kind.

𝗘𝗮𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀: High-quality stainless steel, comfortable for most sensitive ears.

Returns/Exchanges

Unfortunately, My Friend Sarah Made It cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene risks. However PLEASE contact me with your concerns should any arise. If I'm able to make it right, I will!

Gift wrapping and packaging

I don’t offer separate gift wrapping, but every order is packaged ready to gift. Earrings are placed on branded cards with backings and shipped in a box for safe delivery.

Sending directly to someone special? I’m happy to include a gift message, just leave a note at checkout.

Are these lightweight?

Yes! Most designs are made with lightweight materials like leather, cork, wood, or acrylic, so they’re comfortable for all-day wear without pulling on your ears.

Will I receive the exact earrings shown?

You’ll receive the exact pair pictured unless otherwise noted. For made-to-order or patterned materials, slight variations may occur, but each pair is created to closely match the original design.

Are these safe for sensitive ears?

Ear wires used are made from high-quality stainless steel, which is comfortable for most sensitive ears.
