I only download your personal data when printing USPS shipping labels direct through Etsy's shipping service in order to print these labels from home, and I promptly delete these files after completing and shipping your order.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. Yes! Almost every design is made using lightweight materials like leather, cork, wood, or acrylic, making them comfortable enough for all-day wear. Ear wires are made from high-quality stainless steel, which are comfortable for most sensitive ears.
🌸 What materials do you use?
I create earrings using genuine leather, cork on leather, wood, and acrylic.
Because leather, cork, and wood are natural materials, slight variations in texture, grain, or pattern placement are part of what makes every handcrafted pair unique.
🌸 Will my earrings look exactly like the photos?
Often times, yes! It's important to note that many of my designs are created in small batches, so the pair you receive may not be the exact one photographed. For earrings made with patterned leather, cork, wood grain, or other natural materials, pattern placement and texture will vary slightly, making each pair uniquely yours.
Whenever possible, listing photos represent the design you'll receive, and any expected variations will always be noted in the listing description.
🌸 How many of each design do you make?
Many designs are one of a kind or created in very limited quantities. Once they're gone, they may not return, so if something catches your eye, I recommend grabbing it while it's available!
🌸 Do you accept custom orders?
I love creating custom pieces! Whether you'd like to change leather choices, hardware, or have an entirely new idea in mind, send me a message and let's chat.
🌸 Custom orders must be paid in full before materials are ordered or work begins.
🌸 Typical turnaround time is 10–14 business days, though many are completed sooner.
🌸 I'll send photos for your approval before shipping.

🌸 How are orders packaged?
Every order is packaged ready to gift! Earrings are mounted on branded cards with protective backings and shipped in a sturdy box to help ensure they arrive safely.
If you order multiple items, I'll package them together whenever possible to reduce waste while still making sure everything arrives safely. If you're sending gifts to multiple recipients, please place separate orders so each can be packaged individually.

🌸 My order has a shipping issue. What should I do?
If your package is delayed in transit, seems to have taken the scenic route, is marked delivered but it's not in your mailbox, or arrives damaged, please send me a message! If there's damage, please photograph both the packaging and the item before discarding anything. Those photos help me determine the best next steps and, if needed, file a claim with USPS. I'll gladly help troubleshoot whenever I can.
If an order is returned because the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, the buyer is responsible for purchasing a new shipping label before the order can be resent.
