Hey friend! ♡

Easter was such a gorgeous day over here, spent with family and soaking up some sunshine. I may not love everything about Florida living (mosquitos, the July - September HEAT, the occasional uninvited bug situation 😅), but I truly lucked out in the in-law department and I’m so thankful we get to spend time together like that.

I’ll be honest though… I’ve been a little off my game the past week. I had a routine procedure done (all good!) but the prep knocked me down more than I expected, and I’ve been in full cozy mode ever since. Which sounds lovely in theory… but turns out you can’t make earrings and rot in bed with a book at the same time, which feels like a design flaw if you ask me. 

 Lately, I’ve been working on the prettiest little batch of spring pieces, though! 🌸 Florals, butterflies, soft pastels, all the happy colors that this time of year brings out. Things are blooming outside which means I'm reaching for lighter, brighter palettes inside! 

And speaking of this time of year - May is sneaking up quickly, and it’s one of those full months.

Teacher Appreciation, Mother’s Day, graduations, spring sports, end-of-year celebrations… it’s a lot and, I don't know about you, but it can quickly become really overwhelming if I don't plan for it. If you’re someone who likes to have a few thoughtful, easy gifts on hand, I’ve got quite a few pieces in the shop that are perfect for tucking into a gift bag or wrapping up for someone special.

I’ve had the Bridgerton soundtrack on repeat lately and it is perfect for spring. It just floats in the background in the best way. Very soft, very pretty, very “I am peacefully creating something lovely” energy.
