July came in hot - literally - and brought with it a whirlwind of memories, celebrations, and a little bit of everyday magic.
☀️ Life Lately
We kicked off the month with a very special milestone: my youngest turned 13! We celebrated with the new Formula 1 movie and a birthday dinner at Olive Garden (his pick, of course). Then we headed north for the 4th of July weekend, where we spent time off-roading, swimming, hanging with cousins, and playing games on the porch while someone strummed the ukulele. It was the perfect summer reset.

Mid-month, I launched the Everyday Magic Collection, filled with pretty pieces meant for your day-to-day moments. Lightweight, wearable, and full of subtle sparkle... it was a joy to share these with you all!
We also squeezed in an After Hours event at EPCOT last week. The heat has been brutal here in Florida, but thankfully the air-conditioned rides made the night magical (and the shorter lines didn’t hurt either!).
✨ MFSMI Highlights:

Last weekend, I popped up once again as a vendor at the Christmas in July Craft & Gift Show hosted by the GFWC Pinellas Seminole Woman’s Club. It’s always such a fun day, and I loved getting to see so many friendly faces in person. With fall on the horizon, my market calendar is filling up - keep an eye on the Events tab to see where I’ll be next!

July also brought a little milestone behind the scenes: the very first round of Happy Mail Club boxes shipped out! I’m honestly blown away by the excitement and support. I had so much fun curating the box and can’t wait to share what’s coming for August.

Another exciting thing? My brand refresh is officially here! My new logo is complete, and you’ll start seeing it pop up everywhere. I’ve already updated all the digital places (like Etsy and social media), and my print materials are slowly getting a makeover too. I’m so in love with the fun, fresh feel of it—it feels like such a true reflection of where MFSMI is now!

📚 July Reading Recap
And while it wasn’t my most prolific reading month, I still squeezed in four books. My favorite? Fun for the Whole Family by Jennifer E. Smith: a messy, moving, character-driven story with sibling drama and heart. I gave it 5 stars! I also loved Adam & Evie’s Matchmaking Tour by Nora Nguyen (4 stars - fun, flirty, and set in Vietnam!). The one miss for me was All the Other Mothers Hate Me by Sarah Harman... I wanted to love it, but I just couldn’t connect with the main character (and maybe yelled at her a little while reading 😅 I fully confirm the title haha).

📌 Looking Ahead to August
August feels like the calm before the storm - no markets this month means I have a little extra breathing room to start prepping for my busiest season: fall!
📚 Bookish Collection – Dropping Mid-August This month’s collection is for the readers, the romantics, and the cozy souls who love a good story. Think soft textures, rich colors, and earrings inspired by your favorite bookshelves.
🎒 Back to School (and Back to Routine) The kids head back on the 11th, and while back to school comes with its own brand of chaos, I’m definitely craving the return of routine. Even if life gets busier, it feels more predictable—and I kinda love that.
📬 Happy Mail Club! The first box got so much love, and I’ve got something fresh + fun coming your way for August! Stay tuned for sneak peeks soon.
🎨 New Look, Same Heart My rebrand is officially in motion, and I can’t wait to carry this new look into fall markets, packaging updates, and everything I create moving forward.
xoxo,
Sarah
